The raw material (clay) is fed into this Feeder . Uniform Quantity of raw - material is supplied to the primary roll crusher through a conveyor belt of 12mt lenth. It is the key machinery for mixing the raw material (clay) with minimal quantity of water. The water mixed clay moves to double satge De - airing extruder through conveyer belt of 8mm length. The capacity of the double shaftmixer is 20 - 30 m3/hour. Double shaft mixer is the key equipment for raw material preparing process, watering, mixing the raw material. |
The Double stage De - airing Extruder can produce any kind of hollow / solid brick with raw materials like clay, coal , Flyash. During the process the moisture in the clay is extracted. The compact design of the extuder reduces the energy consumpation to minimum level. To ensure the long life of the machine the extruder is seasoned and treated with wear resistant metal powder spray tochnology.Double stage De-airing extruder is suitable to produce all kinds of hollow or solid brick & block, with all kind of raw material: clay ,shale ,coal slack, fly ash etc, Wear resistant metal spraying technology was applied to the screw, pug mill, axis of screw and seasoning, conditioning, quenching treatment make sure the body of extruder work in long life. The harden surface gear was adopted in reducer, clutch are a component with own patent, all the treatments make the machine life-saving ,meanwhile the reasonable design compact structure reduce the energy consumption ,without any shaking during working, even the extruder can working normal without foundation bolts. |

Through this machinery the clay cake emerging form the extruder is cut as par the required length. Clay column cutter cut the clay column from extruder into required length and the green brick cutter cut the column into green brick. |
